Machine Learning/AI transforming retail

OK, agreed. Machine Learning and AI are incredible steps forward in retailing and, frankly, every industry. But as you'll see in this article, I hardly think American Eagle needs Machine Learning to find trends through autonomous algorithms to help shoppers determine which pair of ripped-to-shreds jeans to buy. They should probably use AI to figure out why anyone would ever want to buy ripped up jeans at all!
